What is Guifei?

Guifei is the name of a prominent figure in Chinese history. A consort during the Tang Dynasty, Yang Gui Fei was renowned for her captivating beauty, which so enamored Emperor Xuanzong that she rose to great prominence in his life. Her favored status led to an exceptionally pampered existence within the imperial court, where she enjoyed immense care for her overall well-being.

Inspired by her legendary life of opulence and the devotion she commanded, our founders wanted to provide a space where this level of self-care would be available for all & not reserved for just the select few.

Walk-ins are allowed, but appointments are recommended to guarantee service. Please contact us if you need help making an appointment.
Yes! Each person coming will need an appointment - so make an appointment for each person. If you have a large party, DM/e-mail us so we can assist with the booking.
This means the last available slot at that time period has been taken - but there are situations where additional slots are available. Feel free to Call, DM on Instagram, or E-mail us to check
Some services have less availability per time slot (Bodycare, Foot Spa, Specialized Scalp Treatment, Facials).
Our calendar is on a 30 day rolling basis. So with each new day, the 30th day away will open up for scheduling.
- Our Flushing Location has metered street parking & a public paid parking lot available across the street.
- Our Bethpage Location has a complimentary parking lot for our clients!
Yes! We do not style hair, so if you have a textured hair type, please be aware that you may come out looking like a poofball. Our textured hair clients often bring products specific to them that they like, or just tie their hair up into a ponytail after.

If you’d like to self blow-dry or have any other accommodations, please let us know & we will try our best to accommodate if it’s reasonable!
Yes, our specialists work with all hair types. Please note we do not style hair. Due to the nature of type 4 hair hair, we've had clients bring in specific products that work best for them (as this can vary drastically from person to person, especially those with type 4 hair).

Yes! We blow-dry your hair after every session, but we do not style. Please voice any specific preferences you may have (we’ve had different preferences/requests from clients, some even request to blow-dry their own hair after.
No. We only blow-dry.
Yes! We can accommodate ages 8+.

Everyone’s hair is different, but we recommend 3 weeks to a month for best results.
Yes! We can accommodate to make sure that no men will see your hair.
Men are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a woman (can be a friend, relative, significant other, etc.)
Yes! Pregnant women should avoid the “Specialized Scalp Treatment” as a precaution. We also recommend that you come in after your first trimester - but please be sure to consult your doctor! You will be laid flat on your back (or on your side if needed) for a majority of the service, so please consider this before visiting.
Studies have shown scalp massages can promote hair growth and repair hair damage by stimulating blood circulation. The massages can also help exfoliate dead skin - almost like a facial for your scalp.
Includes different therapies (microcurrents, low-level light & oxygen therapy) which can help improve circulation of blood to the scalp, stimulate cell growth to combat androgenetic alopecia, & facilitate the delivery of nutrients to the hair. This can promote hair growth & repair hair damage
Due to the nature of our treatment which includes a wash, there may be stray water droplets here and there. Also note the steaming session does create moisture around the face too.
Due to the exfoliation from our scalp treatment and the nature of hair dye, we recommend scheduling your appointments a few days apart so that both treatments are not too abrasive on the scalp
Due to the way our scalp beds are set up, you would have to be able to fully lay flat on your back for the time of the treatment. If you are not able to due to health conditions, you can try our foot reflexology where you are seated on a lounge chair!
