Yes to all of the above, we have worked with all hair types.

Things to consider:
1. We do not style hair, we just blow-dry. With textured hair types, you may look like a poofball after a blowdry.
2. Occasionally, our clients with more difficult hair types will bring in their own hair products for after-care, or to use specifically for the treatment.
3. We do have color-safe shampoo.

Yes! Things to note for pregnant women: Avoid the “Specialized Scalp Treatment” as a precaution.

You will be laid flat on your back (or on your side if needed) for a majority of the time for the head spa services, so take this into consideration before booking. We do offer foot spas where you will be seated instead of laid flat.

We also recommend that you come in after your first trimester once the pregnancy is more stable - but please be sure to consult your doctor to confirm as each case is different!

Men are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a woman (can be a friend, relative, significant other, etc.)

Due to the nature of our head spa treatments, there may be stray water droplets that will land around your face. The steam for the services also create moisture around the face too.

Note - the treatment includes small electrical currents. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a pacemaker / metal instrument inside of you, you should avoid this treatment.

Includes different therapies (microcurrents, low-level light & oxygen therapy) which can help improve circulation of blood to the scalp, stimulate cell growth to combat androgenetic alopecia, & facilitate the delivery of nutrients to the hair. This can promote hair growth & repair hair damage.

We advise scheduling your scalp treatment and hair dye appointments a few days apart to prevent scalp irritation.

Our head spa services require you to lay flat on your back. We do have a small pillow for use upon request.

If you are ubable to do so due to health conditions, you can try our foot reflexology where you are seated on a lounge chair!

Yes! All of our technicians are women and we can ensure privacy when blow-drying your hair.

Whatever makes you comfortable - but please note that many of our head spa services will involve your upper back and neck getting wet.

If you’re wearing a top with straps, you can easily bring your straps down, otherwise you will be asked to remove your top. You will be covered with a towel during the service!
